When a new job match appears in your Job Search, Getmany’s Business Manager bids for it on behalf of your Agency’s freelancer.

Important: Business Manager’s profile represents you in the bidding process and is seen by potential clients. However, Getmany does not access your Agency profiles or conversations and does not participate once the bid is submitted.

For Upwork Employers, a bid from a freelancer is the same as one from your Agency’s Business Manager. The client sees both bids the same way.

Each bid shows the freelancer's name, cover letter, rating, earnings, and the associated agency.

🎯 In Upwork's interface, clients see only 220 symbols of your cover letter. Even if you start a new paragraph with your greeting, clients see it as one big paragraph without any indentations.

Bidding process on the client’s side

Step 1: After receiving your bid, the clients suggest their terms and send you an offer.

Step 2: It’s your turn to review and approve the offer.

As an Agency admin, you are the first to see a new job offer in your Contracts list. It is waiting for your review and approval.

ℹ️ Important: The job will become available for freelancers only after your approval.

Step 3: Negotiating terms

When the client makes an offer, you join the Interview Room to discuss and negotiate the contract details, if necessary.

You can also Manage Participants of the chat. ****By default, the interview room includes four members:

  1. The Client

  2. Freelancer

  3. Agency Owner (You)

  4. Getmany Business Manager

You can add or remove people, bringing more team members to the discussion.

Note: Please don't remove the Business Manager from the Interview Room. The Business Manager keeps track of your hired jobs each time you get a new contract.

Step 4: Accepting an Offer

Congratulations! Once you've agreed on terms, accept the offer and start collaboration. You can now log working time and work on tasks.
