Understanding what works (and what doesn’t) is the fastest path to success. That’s why we built the Analytics dashboard – to give you full visibility into your Upwork performance so you can fine-tune your strategy and land more hires.

⚙️ How It Works

📍 Where to Find It

Go to the Analytics tab in your Getmany account

💡 Why Use Analytics?

The Analytics dashboard provides end-to-end visibility into your bidding activity.

With detailed performance metrics, tracking tools, and advanced filtering options, you can:

  • Test hypotheses

  • Optimize your job search strategy

  • Focus on what delivers the best results

Date Range Selection

Choose custom date ranges to focus your analysis on the exact period you care about.

📈 Performance Overview

Track your overall performance across time using visual and interactive tools.

  • Line Graph & Funnel View

View the number of proposals sent, viewed, replied to, and converted into hires – all in one clear funnel.

  • Attribution Tracking

Results are assigned to the date they happen, not when the proposal was sent.

Example: A proposal sent on March 1 but replied to on March 10 will appear under March 10.

  • Filtering Options

Segment performance by Freelancer, Business Manager, or Job Search.

  • View & Reply Rate

Track how many of your proposals are gaining traction.

  • Connects & Credits Tracking

Monitor how many connects and credits you’ve used – and stay efficient.
