⚙️ How Auto Reply Works
When enabled, Getmany automatically sends a predefined message to a client after they respond, following the delay period you've set – unless you’ve already replied manually.
This ensures you never miss a chance to connect with engaged prospects and keeps your communication timely and professional.
ℹ️ Note: Auto-reply is sent by your Business Manager, who is automatically added to the chat room with the client.

Step 1: Choose the Delay Time
Set how long Getmany should wait before sending your auto-reply – anywhere from immediate to 30 minutes.
Step 2: Create Your Message
Write a clear, purposeful auto-reply that reflects your agency and communication style. Consider using your message to:
Acknowledge the client's message
Ask a qualifying question to move the conversation forward
Introduce yourself briefly
Explain the next step in your process
ℹ️ Note: If you manually reply to the client before the delay period ends, the system will not send your auto-reply. This prevents clients from receiving duplicate messages.
