Setting Up CRM Integration

This guide outlines the steps to integrate your CRM system with Getmany and configure it to manage lead replies effectively.

The integration with CRM allows you to automatically sync lead interactions from Getmany & Upwork into your HubSpot or Pipedrive CRM.

Here's how it works:

  1. Every time your lead replies, Getmany transmits data to your CRM.

  2. We create one or several objects and transfer selected information according to your preferences.

  3. When a lead reply is received, Getmany automatically syncs this data with your chosen CRM (HubSpot or Pipedrive).

ℹ️ You can choose which CRM objects to create or update:

  • Contact: Creates or updates individual records in your CRM (available for both HubSpot and Pipedrive).

  • Lead: Registers new inquiries or potential clients (available only for Pipedrive).

  • Deal: Starts a new business opportunity based on the reply (available for both HubSpot and Pipedrive).

The options you can select depend on your CRM. For HubSpot, you can create or update Contacts and Deals. For Pipedrive, you have the additional option to create or update Leads. For instance, with Pipedrive, you could create a Contact, a Lead, and a Deal simultaneously.

💡 If the client already exists in your CRM, Getmany will update the existing records instead of creating duplicates.

This integration ensures your CRM has the most up-to-date information from your Getmany and Upwork interactions. Follow these steps to integrate your CRM system with Getmany:

Step 1: Connect your CRM

  1. Navigate to the Integration Settings:

    • Log in to your Getmany account.

    • Go to Account Settings in the top right > Apps & Tools.

  2. Select your CRM:

    • Choose the CRM you use and click Connect.

Step 2: Configure lead handling

  1. Click Settings on the chosen CRM tool and toggle the switches for your desired CRM settings.

2. Choose how to handle Lead Replies.

When a client responds (lead reply), you can choose one or several of the following actions:

  • Create Contact: Create a new contact record.

  • Create Lead: Register the reply as a new lead.

  • Create Deal: Start a new deal based on the reply.

Data Synchronization

Every time a lead reply occurs, Getmany syncs the data with your CRM based on your chosen settings.

If the client already exists in your CRM, Getmany updates the relevant entity (Contact, Lead, or Deal) rather than creating a new one.

Step 3: Manage Notes Settings

Job and Bid Details

Toggle the switch to transfer job-related data and bid details (such as client name, job description, and ratings) to your CRM.

ℹ️ We'll add this information to your CRM as notes.

Client Chat History

You can choose to sync the entire chat history between you and your clients to your CRM as notes. This lets you save all your chats with clients in your CRM.

This setup accurately captures all lead interactions in your CRM, streamlining your sales and client management processes.
