The AI Decision Maker feature helps your team filter job opportunities more intelligently by understanding the full context of job posts. Instead of just excluding specific keywords, you can describe the types of projects you want to avoid, and the AI will evaluate each opportunity accordingly – helping you focus on quality bids while saving time and money on unsuitable jobs.

This intelligent filtering goes beyond simple keyword exclusion to understand job nuances and context. You'll get better bid quality by focusing only on suitable opportunities, receive clear explanations for why jobs were filtered out, and can easily refine your criteria based on the AI's transparent decision-making process.

To access the AI Decision Maker feature, navigate to your Bidding Settings in your Job Search section, then go to AI Settings (Step 3) and scroll down to find AI Decision Maker.

Using AI Decision Maker is simple: enable the feature and add your exclusion reasons by describing the types of jobs you want to avoid. The AI will then evaluate each job post against your criteria and automatically skip those that don't align with your business goals.

Here are some effective exclusion examples you can use:

"Skip jobs with no long-term potential or those that require a trial period"

"Skip jobs with unclear requirements or those requiring skills outside our core competencies"

"Skip jobs requiring immediate start or completion within 24-48 hours"

"Skip jobs in gambling, adult content, or pharmaceutical industries"
