The AI Settings give you comprehensive control over how artificial intelligence generates your proposals. Here, you can select different models, customize AI behavior, and set specific guidelines to ensure your applications align perfectly with your agency's voice and professional standards. Additionally, you can apply intelligent filtering to automatically skip jobs that don't align with your business goals – helping you focus on the most relevant opportunities.

To access the AI Settings, navigate to Scan & Bid, select your Scanner, go to Bidding Settings, and then to AI Settings (Step 3).

Choose the AI model that will generate your cover letters. Each model offers different capabilities, so you can match performance to your specific workflow.

The AI Guidance feature empowers your team to guide the AI in writing proposals that consistently reflect your agency's voice while adapting to each client's unique communication style. Think of it as a set of custom rules applied to every proposal the AI generates – helping you sound professional, consistent, and tailored.

Simply enable the AI Guidance feature and enter your custom rules and preferences in the System Instructions field. These instructions will be applied to every proposal the AI generates for your team.

The AI Decision Maker feature helps your team filter job opportunities more intelligently by understanding the full context of job posts. Instead of just excluding specific keywords, you can describe the types of projects you want to avoid, and the AI will evaluate each opportunity accordingly – helping you focus on quality bids while saving time and money on unsuitable jobs.

This intelligent filtering goes beyond simple keyword exclusion to understand job nuances and context. You'll get better bid quality by focusing only on suitable opportunities, receive clear explanations for why jobs were filtered out, and can easily refine your criteria based on the AI's transparent decision-making process.
