Vibe Scanner: The AI Job Matching Wizard

Vibe Scanner is an AI-powered feature that automatically discovers job opportunities perfectly tailored to your freelancer profiles. Instead of manually filtering through countless listings, the system analyzes your profile, understands your expertise, and scores each job based on how well it matches your ideal criteria.

In this guide:

Select a freelancer profile, and the AI generates a personalized Job Scoring Prompt based on their skills, experience, and preferences. The system then creates intelligent filters and automatically scores matching jobs.

The magic happens when you set your Job Score threshold – the higher the score, the better the fit. Fine-tune the AI-generated suggestions and adjust parameters in real-time. The results update instantly, so you can see exactly how your changes affect the job matches.

Navigate to the Scan & Bid section and click the + Create Scan button. Then select Vibe Scan from the options.

Choose the freelancer and their profile type (General or Specialized), then click Next to continue.

At this point, the AI begins its analysis by examining the freelancer profile, understanding their expertise areas, researching market opportunities, crafting personalized job criteria, and finalizing an ideal job description tailored to their strengths.

Review the Job Scoring Prompt created by the AI and refine it as needed. You can use the suggestions provided below the prompt for inspiration. When you're satisfied with the description, click Next.

Take a moment to review all the information you've provided. If everything looks correct, click Create Vibe Scan to finalize the setup. You can always go back to previous steps by clicking the Back button if you need to make changes.

Once confirmed, the AI creates search filters from your description, automatically scores and matches jobs, and gives you the ability to adjust filters and scoring parameters whenever needed.

Define your Job Score threshold to filter opportunities. Setting a higher score means you'll only see jobs that are a better fit for your profile.

The Job Score is calculated based on your Job Scoring Prompt, evaluating multiple criteria tailored to your profile. You'll find the score displayed above each job, along with a brief explanation of why that particular score was assigned.

Jobs that fall below your set threshold appear semi-transparent in the list, and the system won't automatically apply to these opportunities. This visual distinction helps you quickly identify which jobs meet your criteria.

For easier navigation, you can sort jobs by Last Created, Job Score (High to Low), or Job Score (Low to High).

As your needs evolve, you can modify both the Job Scoring Prompt and the Minimum Job Score at any time. After making changes, simply click Apply Filters & Score to update your results and see how the adjustments affect your job matches.
