Multi-Profile Bidding allows you to submit proposals to the same job opportunity using different freelancer profiles from your team. This feature gives you more flexibility in how you present your agency's capabilities and increases your chances of winning projects.
💡 How it works
By default, when a job appears in multiple Scanners, the system automatically submits a proposal using the higher-priority Scanner. In lower-priority Scanners, the system skips that job with the note "Already applied under another JSE."
When you enable Multi-Profile Bidding, this behavior changes. Instead of skipping opportunities, the system can submit proposals from multiple team members to the same job. This is particularly useful for agencies looking to maximize their proposal volume or test different positioning strategies, giving clients more options to choose from and improving your overall win rate.
⚙️ Enabling Multi-Profile Bidding
To enable this feature, navigate to Scan & Bid and select the Scanner you want to configure. In the Bidding Settings (step 1), scroll down to find the Multi-Profile Strategy section and activate it.
Once enabled, jobs that match multiple Scanners will no longer be skipped automatically. Each Scanner with Multi-Profile Bidding activated will submit its own proposal, allowing multiple profiles to bid on the same opportunity.
ℹ️ Keep in mind that Multi-Profile Bidding is configured separately for each Scanner, so you'll need to enable it individually in every Scanner where you want to use this feature.
