The Growth Plan gives you access to essential features like Manual and Vibe Scanners that can be set up independently or with AI assistance, complete with Jobs Preview and Smart Insights. You'll have Analytics with CSV export capabilities, allowing you to track performance metrics and make data-driven decisions. Customize AI behavior with custom system prompts and AI Guidance, and enjoy unlimited access to the latest AI models including GPT-5 and Claude 4.5 Sonnet.
To make your bidding more effective, the plan includes Smart Terms and Proposal Boosting aligned with your bidding approach, along with Auto Reply, AI Decision Maker, and AI Client Questions to ensure your applications stand out as relevant and personalized. You can also use Find in Jobs Preview and Half-Manual Bidding features to find jobs independently (including by Upwork URLs) and apply to opportunities outside your regular filters.
Practical conveniences include Auto Top-Up Connects, which automatically purchases Upwork Connects when you're running low, and notifications through Slack, Telegram, or Discord for real-time alerts about new opportunities. Plus, you can manage everything on the go with our mobile application.

Scale Plan
The Scale Plan is built for agencies experiencing rapid growth and needing more capacity and advanced features.
What you get:
This plan expands your capabilities to 30 Scanners for running 30 separate job searches, and 500 credits per month (approximately 500 bids). An important advantage here is automatic credit rollover, meaning unused credits carry over to the next month so nothing goes to waste. You'll have three team seats with the option to add up to two more.
The Scale Plan includes everything from the Growth Plan, with several powerful additions. You get unlimited access to even more advanced AI models including GPT-5.1 and Claude 4.5 Opus. Advanced Analytics and reporting give you deeper insights into your performance. You can add Attachments to your proposals, such as portfolio pieces, helping you stand out from competitors.
For agencies using other business tools, the Scale Plan offers API and webhooks integrations, along with direct integrations with Pipedrive and HubSpot. If you need something specific, custom integrations can be arranged based on your requirements.

Like the Scale Plan, you benefit from automatic credit rollover, but you also gain credit flexibility, allowing you to use your own AI credits. You start with three team seats and can add unlimited additional seats as your organization grows.
The Maximum Plan includes everything from the Scale Plan, enhanced with enterprise-level features. You can request custom AI training tailored to your specific use cases and custom feature development to match your unique workflows. White-label options are available and evaluated on a case-by-case basis depending on your needs. The plan also includes SLA guarantees for reliability and uptime assurance.
