Credits are the internal currency that powers automated bidding on the Getmany platform. Understanding how they work will help you manage your bidding effectively and ensure your campaigns run smoothly without interruption.

In this article:

What are сredits and how do they work?

Credits are used to automatically place bids on jobs discovered by your Scanners. The system is straightforward: typically, one bid equals one credit. When your Bidder places a bid, credits are deducted automatically from your balance, and you can see the update in real time.

However, keep in mind that using certain AI models may cost more than one credit per bid. You can find detailed pricing information in the AI Settings section under the AI Model list (Step 3 in your Bidder configuration).

ℹ️ Please note: Getmany credits do not replace Upwork Connects. Connects are deducted separately from your Upwork agency balance based on each job's application cost.

Credits included in each plan

Each subscription plan comes with a different monthly credit allocation:

  • Growth Plan: 250 credits

  • Scale Plan: 500 credits

  • Maximum Plan: 1,000 credits

ℹ️ For more details about plan usage, visit our pricing page.

Checking your сredit balance and usage

Monitoring your credits is simple. Look at the bottom of the left sidebar where you'll see your available credit balance displayed.

Click on the Credits section to view more detailed information, including how many credits were pre-paid and how many of them you've already used.

You can also find your current month's credit activity in the Plans & Billing section.

Credit renewal and rollover

Your credits refresh automatically at the beginning of each billing cycle. If you're on the Scale or Maximum Plan, you'll benefit from automatic credit rollover, which means any unused credits carry forward to the next month so nothing goes to waste.

If you run out of credits before your billing cycle ends, the platform automatically advances your next billing period. This means your credits renew earlier to prevent any interruption to your Bidders' operations.
