What’s Different?

Scanner vs. Job Search Engine

With Getmany, you get access to a tool we call the Job Search Engine. Like the Scanners feature in Gigradar, it lets you set up job searches by specifying what you're looking for.

But our Job Search Engine is more functional, offering you greater control with advanced job parsing capabilities, detailed filters, and a feature called Focused Search. This feature operates as an additional layer of filtering, complementing the existing filters and defined skills, and works on Title, Description, or both combined.

Our Budget filter simplifies setting your preferred rate for projects, while the Client filter tailors search results to align with the client's hiring preferences, such as Hire Type and Experience Level.

Dashboard

Both platforms feature dashboards, but they focus on different metrics. Gigradar shows basic job creation stats and acronyms, while Getmany prioritizes detailed proposal statistics, including their current Upwork status and performance breakdowns by proposal and teammate.

Plus, we replace obscure metrics with straightforward terms:

  • PVR becomes View Rate

  • LRR becomes Reply Rate

  • CPR becomes Cost Per Reply

This clarity ensures that even those new to the platform or to lead generation can understand their data at a glance. We also provide insights into Connects expenditure, the number of offers and offer rates, and more, making our tools accessible and easy to use.

Job Previews, Alerts, and Bidding

Job Previews

We display a condensed version of job listings based on your settings, which you can expand to view full job details. You'll also see the number of Connects needed to bid on each job and can share job postings externally.

Alerts

Alerts in Getmany are active by default. Make sure you add our bot to your preferred messenger group or channel and input the command for the job search in question.

Bidding

Getmany’s bidding process is designed step-by-step to help you focus on one aspect at a time, preventing information overload. Similarly to Gigradar, you start by choosing the time and the bidder’s profile. But that’s where the similarity ends.

The cover letter step is aligned with the type of bidding you choose. If you go with Template, you will have to add your own true and trusted cover letters (you can add more than one). But! If you decide to go with AI-generating bidding, you can generate them using our prompting engine and your meta prompts. Moreover, you can get a preview of your AI-generated cover letter and adjust the prompt if you need to change something.

As you proceed to the client’s questions, Getmany offers you several options to utilize: you can simply provide general information about your agency’s expertise and let AI do the job of generating appropriate answers, you can choose to provide direct answers to the most frequently asked questions in the chosen job category, or you can directly provide specific questions you expect to have in the job posting and answer them yourself. You can also go with all three options because the more data you provide, the higher are the chances of you landing the gig.
