Follow these steps to ensure you receive timely updates about Job Searches and account activities directly in your Telegram chats.
Step 1. Access Notifications Settings
Go to Account Settings in the top right > Apps & Tools.
Locate Telegram from the list of available messengers.
Step 2. Connect Telegram
Click on Connect next to Telegram.
You will be redirected to Telegram to authorize the connection.
Follow the on-screen instructions to link your Telegram account with Getmany to create a new chat with the bot:
Click Send Message > Open Telegram.
In Telegram, click Start to initiate the process.
Add the Getmany bot @getmany_app_bot to the Telegram group where you want to receive notifications. You can use an existing group or create a new one.
Step 3: Configure Telegram Channels
Go back to Notifications tab of your Getmany Profile > Settings
Set preferred notification checkboxes.
ℹ️ Regularly review the notifications to stay updated on account activities and Job Searches.
Step 4: Set Up Job Search Notifications
To subscribe to a particular Job Search and receive notifications, go to your Getmany account and select Job Search. There are two options:
A. Subscribe via a Unique Link
Go to Job Search Engine > Job Search > Alerts
You will find a unique URL for each Job Search. Copy the URL and return to the Telegram bot.
Paste the link and send the message.
The bot will subscribe you to all notifications for this Job Search, after which you will receive a confirmation message.
B. Subscribe via Command
Alternatively, you can copy-paste “/job_searches” command in the chat. The bot will show a list of all Job Searches in the Telegram group chat so you can subscribe to the ones you prefer.
Supported Commands
/start - start the bot with invitational link
/job_searches - show keyboards with job searches to subscribe
/notifications {notification_category) - enable/disable notifications category in a specific channel
/subscribe_invitation {stream_id) - subscribe to the specific job search
/help - help on functionality

Create a specific new group in Telegram and add Getmany bot there:
On the top left, click New Group.
Type in @getmany_app_bot to add the Bot to the group > Select the bot > Click Next
Click Add Members to add your colleagues to the group chat
Edit Group Name > click Create
